The reception staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to carrow road football ground. I could see the pitch from my window. my room was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. i found the leisure centre being close by very convenient.
the drinks at the bar were quite expensive for what you get though.

the receptionist provided excellent help at check-in. all the restaurant staff were also very attentive. i liked the multi point control of lights in the room and the reading lights. the air conditioning worked perfectly.
the bathroom started to show its age.

the interiors seem outdated and don't quite match a 4-star hotel. basic amenities were missing, i saw no dental kit, shaving kit, safe locker, or mini fridge. even drinking water wasn't provided.
